Music on home page of society

When viewers/listeners go to the Society's home page, they see the composer performing before an audience, but they hear orchestral music from the Symphonic Dances. It seems to me that piano music would be more appropriate in this instance. One of the more familiar themes from Concerto No. 2 would awaken interest in people who might otherwise be timid about exploring a classical website.( Looking at R.'s concentration, his hands, and the expressions on the faces of people in the audience could help in selecting the right music.
Is it even possible to change the music? Any ideas about this from other members :?:

I don't know what changes have been made recently but since I've been a member there has been nothing new. I'm disappointed that there isn't a new picture posted monthly in the Rachmaninoff Gallery as was suggested that you would do. As well, there doesn't seem to be much current conversation going on among members. There is a wealth of information out there re Rachmaninoff, his family, his work but not a lot on the website. Perhaps it takes more manpower than is available to keep things current and expand the information posted.

The website's maker left the society in 2007. Without any specialist knowledge it proved difficult (and extremely time-consuming) to make even the simplest changes. It was unsuccessfully suggested by Rachboy to build a new website. The Society's successor organisation, which Rachboy has helped to found, will start building a new website in July.

Hi Nabokov,

The whole website will be redesiged when the Rachmaninoff Society will have been dissolved by the end of this month. Suggestions are more then welcome!
