Where is no. 4?

In many recordings I've seen, no. 4 is missing in the Etudes-Tableaux op. 33. Why is no. 4 skipped by many people? Is there a no. 4 at all?

Which work of Rachmaninov do you think is the most underestimated, neglected, or whatever?

I personally think the first concerto. A great work which deserves a better reputation.

What is the right place to start with Rachmaninov? I heard almost all the works are very difficult, but where do people usually start? I'd really like to learn some Rachmaninov, but I'm not sure if I'm ready to learn. Maybe I'll have to wait a while :D . Any suggestions where to start? Maybe I could...
