The San Antonio Symphony will feature Rachmaninoff's Symphony No. 3 this season. Also on the program will be Four Seasons of Buenos Aires by Piazzolla. The concerts seem a long way off -- April 30 and May 1. If you are planning to travel to south Texas around that time, though, be sure to attend this exciting program. I plan to study the Rachmaninoff Third between now and the performance. *** For information, see SASymphony.org -- or call (210)554-1010.
